How long does it take you guys to process an order and get it in the mail?
At this point, we are able to place your order in the mail the next business day after you order it. After that, you can use the chart above to see when it should arrive. You should receive an email (sent to the email address you provide us) with a tracking number once it ships. After two buisness days, if for some reason you haven't recieved the tracking number email, let us know and we'll make sure you get it.
I ordered my shirt awhile ago, and it still says "awaiting fufilment" where the heck is it?!??
That is a bug in the system. Even after it ships it will still say "awaiting fufillment". You should get an email when it ships with a tracking number. Please email us if you feel like you should have received a tracking number and want to know the exact status of your order.
What is your Return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be more than willing to exchange it for a like item within 10 days of postmark. All merchandise must be unwashed and uncut. Like most Halloween specialty stores and for obvious reasons, all sales are final.
What if someone sees my costume and has a heart attack?
That is a risk you must be willing to take.
It won't let me download the App or it is really buggy?
All apps have an operating system cut-off point. Because of some of the things we are doing in the app, for Apple devices you will need iOS 5 or greater. For Android, it must be Android 2.2 or greater. Please verify the app works well for the shirt you want are interested in before you purchase it.
What will you do with my private information?
We will never sell your email address or any personal information to anybody. All our transactions are encrypted and secured through Authorize.net which is the largest and most trusted payment gateway for online merchants. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
